Brookside Sampler Combo

2 eggs any style, 2 strips of bacon, 2 pork sausage links (you may substitute 1 sausage patty for 2 sausage links) and 2 strips of smoked ham. Choose an egg preparation: Scrambled, Scrambled Soft/ Easy, Sunny Side Up, Over Easy, Over Medium. Would you prefer sausage patty?: Substitute 1 Sausage Patty. Would you like to substitute hash-browns?: Substitute Grits, Substitute Cup of Fruit.

Brookside Burger

A 1/2 lb. fresh burger patty served with your choice of cheese on a freshly toasted brioche bun. Served with leaf lettuce, tomatoes and red onions. Add any of the toppings for an additional charge and create your own custom burger! Choose a meat preparation: Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well, Well Done. Choose a cheese: American Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Pepper Jack Cheese, Provolone Cheese, Blue Cheese.

Brookside Cobb Salad

Chopped romaine and iceberg lettuce topped with chopped bacon, diced tomatoes, boiled eggs, blue cheese crumbles and sliced avocados. Topped with grilled chicken. Choose a dressing: Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Honey Mustard Dressing, Blue Cheese Dressing, Citrus Vinaigrette.
